摘 要:研究了六偏磷酸钠(SHP)对SiO2微粉、α-Al2O3微粉、电熔白刚玉和尖晶石细粉的水系浆体的ζ电位、等电点与流变特性的影响。结果表明:1)对于α-Al2O3微粉、电熔白刚玉细粉和尖晶石细粉的水系浆体,SHP既能提高其ζ电位绝对值,又能改变其等电点;而对于SiO2微粉的水系浆体,SHP只提高其ζ电位绝对值。2)除SiO2微粉的水系浆体外,由ζ电位与表观黏度确定的SHP最佳用量基本一致。3)SHP对浆体中的微粉和细粉粒子均起到分散稳定作用;SHP的加入使这4种浆体均从宾汉姆流体转变为近似牛顿流体。Effect of SHP on Zeta potential,isoelectric point and rheological behavior for slurries of uf-SiO2,α-Al2O3 micropowder,white fused corundum,and spinel powder were studied.The results show that:(1)SHP can increase the Absolute value of Zeta potential and change isoelectric point of slurry of α-Al2O3 micropowder,white fused corundum,and spinel powder,but SHP only can increase the Absolute value of Zeta potential of uf-SiO2 slurry;(2)except uf-SiO2 slurry,the optimum additions of SHP determined by Zeta potential and apparent viscosity were basically coincident;(3)SHP has the dispersion effect on micropowder and fine powder in slurries,and adding SHP makes four kinds of slurries change from the Bingham fluid into Newtonian fluid.
