摘　　要：调节理论起源于20世纪70年代的法国,20世纪80年代末期传入日本。20多年来,以山田锐夫为代表的学者们,运用法国调节理论,对战后日本的积累体制和调节方式以及二者的关系进行了系统的分析,并在引进、验证、发展和深化法国调节理论的同时,形成了具有日本特色的调节理论。Theory of regulation originated in the 1970s in France, and spread into Japan in the late 1980s. Since then, Japanese scholars represented by Shantian Ruifu had analyzed Japanese regulatory system, adjustment mechanismand their relationship using French regulatory theory. During the course of introducing, experimenting, developing and deepening French regulatory theory, Japan had formed the regulatory theory with its own characteristics.
