摘  要:目的研究聚乙烯醇纤维水泥复合砂浆强度检测方法.方法通过参照混凝土强度检测方法,选定了后装拔出法对聚乙烯醇纤维水泥复合砂浆强度检测方法进行试验研究.笔者对6个不同强度等级的聚乙烯醇纤维水泥复合砂浆进行研究.结果聚乙烯醇纤维水泥复合砂浆抗压强度与后装拔出力存在着良好的线形关系,通过进行线形回归分析,利用最小二乘法拟合直线,拟合测强回归方程有着较高的精确度,并且由于该材料不受粗骨料的影响,该测强曲线的应用可以不受地域的限制.结论通过对聚乙烯醇纤维水泥复合砂浆后装拔出力的测量,得出在仪器允许的量程之内可以测得较高的抗压强度,满足-实际工程的需要,采用后装拔出法检测聚乙烯醇纤维水泥复合砂浆有着良好的工程实际意义.In order to research a method for detecting the strength of polyvinyl alcohol-engineered cement mortar, based on the method of concrete -strength, selecting pull-out post-insert method for experiment, six different intensity levels of polyvinyl alcohol-engineered cement mortar are used. The result demonstrates that a good linear relationship exists between the strength of polyvinyl alcohol-engineered cement mortar and the pulling out post-insert force. By the regression analysis, fitting strength curve has a higher accuracy of the regression equation, and because coarse aggregate does not affect the material, the strength test curve can be exempted from the application of geographical constraints. Through the calculation of polyethylene fiber ce- ment composite mortar alcohol pull-out post-insert strength, within the instrumental range allowed, a higher compressive strength can be measured to meet the practical engineering needs, and this method can be used for good engineering practical significance.
