摘　　要：以生产20 tex×2亚麻/绢丝/羊驼毛(40/50/10)混纺有色针织纱为例,结合生产实践,采用优化工艺和新型梳理专件相结合,解决了纤维梳理不充分的问题,和新型牵伸专件相结合,解决了亚麻、绢丝纤维在牵伸过程中变速点不集中的问题,使浮游纤维得到有效控制,纤维运动平稳,稳定了成纱条干,减少了纱线毛羽的产生,大大提高了成纱质量。并对各工序主要工艺参数的配置、生产中易发生的问题及解决方案作了详细介绍,生产出的亚麻/绢丝/羊驼毛混纺针织纱,条干好、强力高。Articles on 20 tex × 2 colored linen/silk/alpaca wool（40/50/10） blended knitting yarn made a practice of the production process,while working in production,prone to problems and solutions were introduced in detail.It combined with production practice,use of optimization technology and a new sort special cases a combination,solve the problem of the inadequate fiber carding,and a new combination of drawing special pieces,resolved linen,silk fibers in the draftiing proccss of variable-speed point does not focus on the problem,so that effective control of planktonic fiber,smooth fiber movement,stable yarn,redued the production of yarn hairiness gratly improved yarn quality,as well as the main process parameters of various processes and prodaction problems encountered and solutions are described in detail.The linen/silk/alpaca wool blended knitting yarn has good strip and high strength.
