摘　　要：通过分析罗布麻纤维的截面结构特点,在梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱等工序采用轻定量、慢速度、大速比、强转移、多梳少伤的原则进行梳理,然后与高档的羊毛纤维进行混梳纺纱;采用不同的原料成分及纱线参数进行对比实验和分析,优选最恰当的混纺比例和纱线结构;此外还优选了适合毛与罗布麻混纺工艺的最佳温、湿度。最终确保了羊毛/罗布麻混纺纱既能发挥罗布麻纤维的吸湿、透气及抗菌的功能,又具有羊毛的柔糯、高档和华贵的特点。This article deeply studied the cross section structure of apocynum venetum fiber,from combing,drawing,roving to spinning use the most strict principle as light fixed amount,slow speed,big ratio,strong shift and efficient protection when processing.Meanwhile,it tested and compared the different composition and yarn parameter,and then got the optimizing fiber proportion and structure.It also tested the best temperature and humidity condition for spinning process to make sure the yarn has the ability to moisture absorption,breathable and anti-bacteria with soft feeling,high quality and stylish.
