摘 要:文章对经验Stearns-Noechel模型进行了修正,在得到适用于染色羊毛混色纺纱颜色预测新模型的基础上,通过Data Color光谱光度仪读取来样的整体表面反射率,对常用数据库中的基准色进行三刺激值匹配运算,预报混色配料方案。该系统采用ICC颜色管理体系,提高系统的适用性与直观性,防止不同设备间移植时产生"跑色"现象,可直接由电脑屏幕表达颜色的匹配过程,显示混色织物的"素色"与"夹花"效果。该系统的初步应用表明,采用计算机智能测色配料系统,可大大提高混色产品的打样效率,推动企业建立加工生产及产品开发的快速反应机制。Stearns-Noechel model from experience was modified in this paper.Based on the new model which was more suitable for blending of colored wool and the reflective rate of the sample surface from DataColor spectrum instrument,the color matching was calculated using the standard color from database in common usage and then the recipe of blending was forecasted.The ICC color administration was applied in the system to enhance the suitability and intuitive of the system,avoid the color change among different machines.The color matching process could be showed the solid or the fancy effect on the screen of computer directly.The preliminary application of the system showed the intelligent color matching system could enhance the sample making effect of blending yarns greatly.The system will be helpful for the establishment of rapid response mechanism for manufacture and development of new products.
