摘　　要：目的评价头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(2∶1,1∶1)与米诺环素(四环素类抗生素)联合用药,对39株临床分离的亚胺培南耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌的体外抗菌效应。方法将不同浓度2种抗菌药用棋盘法设计,用琼脂稀释法测定不同浓度组合的抗菌药对菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并计算部分抑菌浓度指数(FICI),判定标准:FICI≤0.5为协同作用;0.5<FICI≤4为无相关作用;FICI>4为拮抗作用。结果 2种不同配比的头孢哌酮/舒巴坦同米诺环素联用后,FICI均于0.5～4.0,未观察到协同作用,亦无拮抗作用;2种组合的FICI分布情况相当。结论 2种不同配比的头孢哌酮/舒巴坦同米诺环素联合对本组亚南培南耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌表现为无相关作用。Objective To determine the in vitro activities and interactions of cefoperazone - sulbactam （ 2： 1, 1 ： 1 ） combined with minocycline against 39 strains of imipenem - resistant Acinetobacter baumannii. Methods The protocol was designed by checkerboard method and the minimal inhibitory concentrations （MICs） of cefoperazone - sulbactam （2 ： 1, 1：1 ） combined with minocycline against the 39 strains of A. baumannii were determined by agar dilution method. The fractional inhibitory concentration index （FICI） was calculated according to MIC results. The results of the FICI were interpreted as follows ： synergy, FICI ≤0. 5 ; antagonism, FICI 〉 4 ; no interaction, FICI 〉 0. 5 - 4. 0. Results No interactions of synergy nor antagonism were found. The FICI were all between 0. 5 and 4. 0 in these two combination groups. Conclusion In our study, the interactions of cefoperazone - sulbactam （2： 1, 1 ： 1 ） combined with minocycline against the 39 strains of A. baumannii showed indifferent.
