ICU护士对人工气道气囊管理的认知和行为态度现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解重症监护病房（ICU）护理人员对人工气道气囊管理的认知及行为态度现状，并分析其影响因素，提出对策。方法自行设计人工气道气囊管理的认知及行为态度问卷调查表，对呼吸ICU、外科ICU和急诊ICU的80名临床护理人员进行调查。结果ICU护士对人工气道气囊管理的认知程度较好，得分为（17.85±1.736）分；行为和态度方面呼吸ICU优于外科ICU和急诊ICU（P＜0.05）；对于气囊的压力及监测方面在认知和行为态度方面均尚欠缺。结论对ICU的护理人员在人工气道气囊管理方面加强理论知识学习的同时，还应重视其行为态度的提高，进一步提升管理工作水平。Objective To explore ICU nurses＇ knowledge, behavior and attitude towards airway gasbag management, analyze its influeneing factors and provide some suggestions. Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used in this study. There were 80 clinical nurses from RICU, SICU and EICU involved in this questionnaire. Results ICU nurses had a upper middle score （ 17.85 ± 1. 736） of knowledge of artificial airway gasbag management. Nurses from RICU had significantly higher scores of behavior than nurses from EICU, attitude as well. In addition, the scores of monitor of airway gasbag were not good enough. Conclusions Nurses shall enhance theory studies on artificial airway gasbag management as well as highlight clinical practice and working attitude skills in order to improve management abilities.
