摘 要:研究了盆栽种植冬小麦条件下,质地、pH、碳氮比、有机质、水分5个影响因素对底泥土地利用后土壤中重金属铜形态及冬小麦各器官对铜的吸收、籽粒产量、生物量的影响。结果表明,土壤中铜的各形态含量均随底泥施用量的增加而增加;粘质土、高pH、高碳氮比、高有机质、低水分含量条件,可导致土壤中可交换态铜含量减少;铜在冬小麦各器官中的含量顺序为根系>茎叶>籽粒,并且随底泥施用量的增加而增加;在壤土条件、pH约7.80、碳氮比25∶1、高有机质、高水分条件下,冬小麦籽粒产量最高,生物量最大。This paper discussed the effects of texture,pH,C/N,organic and water to the copper fractionation in the soil,the contents of copper in different organs,grain yield and the biomass. The results showed that the concentration of the copper fractionation in the soil with the increase of the lake sediments application rate. The concentration of the exchangeable is decreased when texture is clay,pH is high,C/N is high,organic is high and water is low. The contents of copper in different organs is root 〉stem and leaf〉grain,what is more,the contents increased with the increase of the amount of the lake sediments. When texture is loam,pH is 7.80,C/N is 25∶1,organic is high and water is high,the grain yield and the biomass of winter wheat are the highest.
