摘　　要：为了适应构建和谐生态环境的社会需求,实时监测城市及周边环境质量和重点污染源的状态,成为环境监控领域的迫切需求。本文介绍如何借助传感网、3G网络的数据采集和高速数据业务等技术手段,搭建实时的环境监测与预警综合平台,突破传统低效的人工监测手段的局限性,实现泛在网在环保监测领域的应用。To satisfy needs of building acrimonious ecological environment, real-time monitoring air quality of a large city and its surrounding environment and major pollution sources＂ state become pressing demand of environment protecting department. By using sensor networks for environmental data collection and 3G mobile networks＇ high rate data service, we can build real-time application of environment monitor and early-warning system, which break tradition and inefficiency manual monitor way and successfully achieve environment protecting domain＇s application by ubiquitous network.
