痔外洗Ⅰ号方对混合痔术后创面疗效的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察痔外洗Ⅰ号方对混合痔术后创面镇痛、减少渗出及促进创面愈合的作用，将60例混合痔术后患者随机分为痔外洗Ⅰ号方（A组）、痔外洗Ⅰ号方去皂角（B组）和1：5000洗必泰（C组，对照组）3组，每组20例，进行术后创面熏洗。结果显示，A、B组在缓解疼痛、减少渗出及促进创面愈合方面均优于对照组，其中A组在减少渗出方面优于B组。结果表明，痔外洗Ⅰ号方能有效减轻混合痔外剥内扎术后创面疼痛，促进创面愈合，有效减少创面渗液，组方中的皂角表现出一定作用。In order to observe the therapeutic effect of No. Ⅰ external washing formula for hemorrhoids on wound following the operation for mixed hemorrhoids authors divided the 60 patients random into A,B,C group（ n =20, each group）. After operation A group adopted the formula,B group adopted the formula but without honeylocust,C group adopted 1 ： 5000 chlorhexidine（as controlled group） to fumigate ＆ wash wound respectively. As results, in pain relief, reducing exudation and promoting healing A and B group was all superior to C group,besides in reducing exudation A group was superior to B group. Results show that the NO. Ⅰ formula can effectively relief wound pain, promote its healing, and reduce its exudation, in the formula honeylocust could play certain efficacy.
