摘　　要：目的:分析、探讨我国基本药物制度实施中的难点问题。方法:根据我国基本药物制度政策的内涵和基本药物遴选的具体原则,查阅我国历版《国家基本药物目录》,结合我国实施基本药物制度的具体情况,思考我国基本药物制度实施的难点问题。结果与结论:目前我国的国家基本药物遴选、定价、配备、配送和合理使用等问题还没有完全解决。分析并解决国家基本药物制度实施中的难点问题,才能保证国家基本药物制度和"新医改"顺利进行。OBJECTIVE： To analyze and explore the difficulty of the implementation of essential drugs system in China. METHODS： According to the conception of policy and selection principal in national essential drugs system, previous national essential drugs lists were reviewed to explore the difficulty of the implementation of national essential drugs system, combined with the condition of the implementation of national essential drug system in China. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： At present, several aspects haven＇ t been completely resolved such as selection of essential drug, drug pricing, dispensing of drugs, drug delivery and rational use of essential drugs. The problems of the implementation of national essential drug system are analyzed and resolved to guarantee the smooth implementation of national essential drugs system and New Medical Reform.
