摘　　要：目的:探讨《医保目录》与《基本药物目录》的共存问题。方法:比较分析了2009版《医保目录》与2009版《基本药物目录》的适用范围、作用、制定依据、执行效力的异同。结果与结论:2009版《基本药物目录》缓解了《医保目录》与《基本药物目录》二者长期共存的矛盾,但二者短期内难以并存。OBJECTIVE： To explore the coexistence of ＂Medical Insurance List＂ and ＂Essential Drugs List＂. METHODS： A comparative similarities and differences analysis of the scope, role, to develop the basis for the implementation of the effectiveness between the ＂medical insurance directory＂ and ＂Essential Drugs List＂ was carried out. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The new edition of ＂Essential Drugs List＂ is to ease the contradiction of coexistence in long-term, but they are difficult to reconcile in short-term.
