摘　　要：语音编码方案的选取对移动通信系统的通话质量、信道容量等有重要影响。讨论了ＧＳＭ全速率编码及增强的全速率编码和ＣＤＭＡ变速率编码，分析并比较了各自编码特性及其对移动通信的影响。Speech codec is the main part in the digital cellular mobile communication systems.This paper describes the principles of the GSM full rate(FR)speech codec,the GSM enhanced full rate(EFR) speech codec and that of the CDMA variable rate(VR)speech codec,gives the properties of the three speech coding schemes and makes some analysis and comparison.
