摘　　要：从哲学思想出发,似乎有信息就一定有"公开信息"与"私密信息"之分,有信息系统就一定会产生信息孤岛现象;从技术角度去看,信息孤岛问题是可能逐步解决、直至消灭的——这就是本文提出的"GRID猜想"——与关注档案信息化的专家学者共同研讨的档案信息传递问题。From a philosophical perspective, it seems information must be divided into ＂public information＂ and ＂private information＂, and the existence of information system will certainly bring phenomenon of information isolation; from a technical point of view, the problem of information isolation is possible to be overcome gradually, until be settled, which is called ＂GRID guess＂ presented in this paper, and it discusses the problem about archival information delivery along with the experts who concern the archives informatization.
