摘　　要：在电机生产中,铸件占有很大比例,大多为薄壁件,元件的成本直接影响着电机的生产成本。在电机铸件的溶化配料时,利用电机冲片的边角余料代替部分废钢和生铁,可降低铸件成本,从而使电机成本降低。Among production cost of the electric motor,the cast parts occupied great portion,the cost of which influenced the total cost of the motor a great deal. Using leftover bits and pieces of the punched laminated sheets to replace the parts of iron and steel scrap would reduce the cast cost,so as to reduce the whole cost of the motor.
