摘　　要：介绍了欧盟统一电力市场和区域联合电力市场的推进情况,以法国、比利时、荷兰三国联合电力市场为例,重点分析了该联合市场的发展情况、市场机制、联合交易过程。在此基础上,描述了中西欧区域电力市场的发展情况,并介绍了五国联合电力市场项目的开展情况和内容。The implementation process of European Union′s unified power market and united regional market were presented in this paper.Taking the trilateral market coupling among France,Belgium,and Netherlands as an example,the development,market mechanism and market coupling process of the trilateral market were deeply analyzed in this paper.On this basis,the development of the regional electricity market of Central West European was described and the exploitation together with basic content of the five counties power market coupling project were introduced in this paper.
