摘 要:利用ANSYS有限元软件对超临界600 MW机组的高、中压缸的一次完整启停过程进行温度场和应力场计算。计算结果表明:汽轮机在高负荷运行时高、中压缸内外壁温差超过80℃,由此产生了大约在220 MPa以上的基础热应力。通过分析启动数据发现产生过大内外壁温差的主要原因是:高压缸排汽有少量直接通过高、中压内外缸夹层进入到中压缸三抽处,从而对内缸外壁直接冷却。分析解决漏气问题,一方面能降低机组在运行过程中的基础热应力水平,避免张口的进一步扩大,另一方面还能提高机组的效率。The thermal field and stress field were calculated for the HP and IP cylinder of 600 MW supercritical steam turbine in one integral star-stop process with the finite element software of ANSYS.The results showed that the temperature difference between the inner and outer walls of the HP and IP cylinder was more than 80℃,which caused the basis thermal stress higher than 220MPa when the turbine was in high load operation.By analyzing the start data,it was found that the main reason for the excessive temperature difference between the inner and outer walls was that a small amount of HP cylinder exhaust directly leaked into the three pumping of IP cylinder through the interlayer between the inner and outer cylinders which directly cooled the outer wall of the inner cylinder.Analyzing and solving the leakage problem can lower the basis thermal stress in the operation process and avoid further widening of inner opening.On the other hand,it can also improve the efficiency of the unit.
