摘　　要：根据电厂DCS系统建设过程中相关单位之间的分工和联系,归纳了DCS软件组态工程中的问题和缺陷,分析了其特性、产生的环节及原因,论证了增强IO清单的标准性和规范性的重要性,以及组态过程程序化在减少工程缺陷方面的重要作用。重点总结了IO清单需要遵循的9项规范、列举了IO清单中的11种常见错误,提出了一体化检查IO清单中的错误的算法、判据和流程。Based on the division and connection of plant DCS construction process in related departments,the defects and problems of DCS configuration project were concluded.Characteristics,production links and reasons were analyzed,which was proved the significance of improving the standardization of IO list and reducing the defects of configuration project programmed program.Nine standards were mainly summarized and eleven common errors of IO list were enumerated.Errors of algorithms criterion and process were presented in integration of testing IO list.
