摘  要:用传统熔融法制备不同Tb2O3掺量铝硼硅酸盐(ABS)磁光玻璃,讨论了Tb2O3对玻璃稳定性和微观结构的影响。DSC和FT-IR结果表明:随着Tb2O3掺量的增加,ABS玻璃稳定性先增大后减小,掺入适量Tb2O3有利于增强玻璃网络结构;若Tb2O3掺量过多,导致玻璃结构破坏,稳定性降低。ABS玻璃由硅氧、硼氧、铝氧多面体构成的混合网络结构组成,Tb3+填充在网络结构空隙中;热处理后,玻璃结构发生变化,原来部分被重叠或覆盖的红外吸收峰显露出来,混合网络结构发生分裂。Alumina-borosilicate(ABS) magneto-optical glass with different Tb2O3 content was prepared by traditional fusion method and the effects of Tb2O3 on the glass stability and microstructure were discussed.The characterization of ABS glass were studied by DSC and FT-IR.The results showed that the glass stability first increased and then decreased as the Tb2O3 content increasing.Proper addition of Tb2O3 would improve the glass structure.Otherwise,excessive Tb2O3 could damage the glass structure The structure of ABS glass was composed of silicon-oxide polyhedron,aluminum-oxide polyhedron and boron-oxide polyhedron.Tb3+ was filled in the interspace of the network.After heat treatment,glass structure changed and the infrared absorption that were covered or overlapped before were discovered banded,which revealed that the hybrid network was splitted.
