摘 要:为了探讨高硫煤还原磷石膏生成SO2的反应机理,通过热重分析等手段,对连续升温条件下不同C/SO3比和不同高硫煤粒径对SO2浓度的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明:用高硫煤还原磷石膏可以大大提高SO2浓度,在700-800℃和1 000-1 100℃时SO2浓度出现了2个峰值,与磷石膏煅烧产生的SO2浓度比较,最大分别提高了25.55%和42%;〈800℃时较强的还原气氛有利于SO2的生成,反之;在700-800℃时高硫煤粒径对SO2浓度的影响最显著,SO2浓度最大相差约15%;SO2浓度随着粒径的减小呈先减小后增大的趋势。Thermogravimetry and other ways were used for studying the reaction mechanism of SO2 concentration on the reaction of phosphogypsum reduced by highsulphur coal.Several studies are conducted on the trends of SO2 concentration of under the following conditions:phosphogypsum reduced by high-sulphur coal can improved the SO2 concentration greatly,at the 700~800 ℃ and 1 000~1 100 ℃,two peaks of SO2 concentration showed up,and compared with phosphogypsum,the SO2 concentration was increased 25.55% or 42% respectively;when the temperature less than 800 ℃,undering the stronger reducing atmospheres are good for produing SO2,and the situation was opposite when the temperature more than 800 ℃;at 700~800 ℃,the granularity of high-sulphur coal was affected by SO2 concentration most obviously,and there was about 15% at most;the smaller the granularity of high-sulphur coal was,the lower the SO2 concentration was produced firstly,and then was more and more.
