摘　　要：美国国防技术信息中心是为美国国防部门提供国防部和政府资助的科学、技术、工程和商业相关信息产品的最大资源中心,主要任务是为美国国防部及其用户收集和传播科学技术信息,以防科学研究的重复性,并确保研究技术的先进性。2007年,DTIC制定了一个《2007—2012战略规划》,着重阐述了DTIC未来发展构想和工作重点。本文在介绍DTIC发展历史、服务宗旨、作用地位、机构编制、工作任务、核心职能、专业结构等基础上,着重分析DTIC的战略规划可供借鉴的经验。The Defense Technical Information Center （DTIC） is the largest information resources center to provide the US Department of Defense （DoD） community with DoD and government-funded scientific,technical,engineering,and business-related information products.The main task of DTIC is to collect and circulate scientific and technical information for DoD and its users so as to avoid repetition of scientific research and guarantee the advanced character of research technologies.In 2007.DTIC formulated a ＂Strategic Plan 2007—2012＂,mainly describing its future development concept and focal point of work.Based on the description of its development history,service purpose,role and status,institutional organization,work and task,core functions and professional structures,this paper focuses on analyzing the experiences of the DTIC strategic plan which are worthy of our reference.
