摘　　要：基于社会网络的研究思路,剖析研发团队知识交流网络点度中心性、中间中心性、接近中心性对知识扩散的影响。通过对一个研发团队的深度调研,绘制了成员间的知识交流网络图谱。研究表明,团队知识扩散的深度和广度与组织成员中心性显著正相关。结合定量分析结果,提出根据不同成员的特点采取有效人力资源管理措施,改善团队知识扩散的若干路径。Based on the research thinking on social network,this paper analyzes the impact of the RD team＇s knowledge communication network degree centrality,betweenness centrality and closeness centrality on team knowledge diffusion.Through the detailed investigation of a RD team,the paper draws a knowledge communication network map among members of the team.The research indicates that the depth and scope of the team＇s knowledge diffusion is obviously positively related to the members＇ centrality.Combined with the quantitative analysis results,the paper proposes that we should take effective human resource management measures according to the characteristics of different members so as to improve the team＇s knowledge diffusion effect.
