摘 要:根据能量守恒定律,从电弧的物理机理出发,建立了一个用非线性微分方程描述电弧电导、电弧瞬时电流和弧长之间关系的电弧数学模型,并使用Simulink库中基本模块搭建了电弧仿真模型。以电弧仿真模型为基础,在Simulink仿真环境下,利用电力系统模块库,构建了交流电弧炉供电系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,该模型计算出的电弧电压、电流与现场实测数据一致,验证了模型的正确性。通过供电系统仿真模型,仿真研究了电弧电流的三相耦合关系。According to the energy balance equation,a new mathematical model of the electric arc was developed from the arc physical mechanism,which was actually a nonlinear differential equation of arc conductance,instantaneous current and arc length. Then the electric arc simulation model was investigated employing the commonly used blocks. Based on the electric arc simulation model,the simulation model of power supply system for the electric arc furnace was built using the power system blocks in Simulink environment. The simulation results obtained with the simulation model of power supply system are in good agreement with actual voltage and current measurements taken from a steel-making factory. The comparisons indicate that the model is validated. Finally,the coupling of the three-phase arc current was studied on the basis of the power supply system simulation model.
