摘 要:以4种茜草科园林植物大花栀子、小栀子、六月雪和玉叶金花的硬枝和嫩枝为材料进行了水插繁殖研究,结果表明:(1)六月雪易生根,生根率达96%;小栀子较易生根,生根率为76%;大花栀子和玉叶金花较难生根,生根率仅为46%和37%。(2)六月雪生根时间短而集中,小栀子生根时间较长并较集中,而大花栀子和玉叶金花生根时间长且不集中。(3)同一植物硬枝和嫩枝水插的生根率不同程度存在差异。(4)四种植物硬枝插穗的生根数量均高于嫩枝的生根数量,且多数硬枝插穗的平均根长也高于嫩枝插穗的平均根长。Both hardwood and greenwood Shoots from four landscape plants which were Gardenia jasminoides, Var.radicana Makino, Serissa japonica, Mssaenda pubescens of Rubiaceae were taken as the experimental materials for the research of the water cutting propagation in this experiment. The results showed that (1) Serissa japonica rooted the most easily among four kind of plants and Its rooting percentage was 96%. The rooting percentage of Var.radicana Makino was 76% and rooted more easily than Serissa japonica and Mssaenda pubescens.(2)The rooting time of Serissa japonica was shorter and more concentrate than Var. radicana Makino. But the rooting time of Gardenia jasminoides and Mssaenda pubescens was longer and less concentrate than Var.radicana Makino.(3)There was difference of the rooting percentage from hardwood and greenwood Shoots of the same plant.(4)The rooting number and the root length of the hardwood shoots was higher than the greenwood shoots for the four plants.
