摘  要:对大花蕙兰试管苗增殖过程中褐化的影响因素及褐化现象的克服进行研究。研究了不同基本培养基、糖浓度、琼脂浓度、试管苗大小及花色等因素对褐化的影响,不同抗氧化剂与吸附剂对褐化现象的克服及对试管苗增殖的影响。结果表明:不同基本培养基、糖浓度、琼脂浓度及试管苗大小对褐化有影响,但影响不显著;花色对褐化的影响显著;添加1500mg/L活性炭,既可解决褐化现象,又能保证试管苗生长旺盛,保持较高的增殖系数。This paper studied on the facts of browning and anti-browning during the test-tube proliferation of Cymbidium Hybridum . Studied the effects of different basic mediums, sugar concentrations, agar concentrations, the sizes of test-tube plantlet and color on browning; the effects of different anti-oxidants and adsorbents on browning. The results showed that: the effects of different basic mediums, sugar concentrations, agar concentrations and the sizes of test-tube plantlet on browning were influential, but the effects were not significant; the effect of color on browning was significant; when added 1500mg/L activated carbon, browning could be under control, and also ensured the growth of test-tube plantlet to maintain a higher proliferation coefficient.
