摘　　要：综述了近5年来对植物中抗肿瘤有效成分的研究进展,包括拓扑异构酶Ⅰ、Ⅱ抑制剂、微管蛋白活性抑制剂、肿瘤新生血管生成抑制剂、生物反应调节剂和其他植物中提取得到的抗癌有效成分等。表明植物中抗肿瘤有效成分具有广阔的开发应用前景,为抗肿瘤药物的进一步研究与开发提供了参考。Recent 5 years of research developments and approaches for anti-tumor agents of plants were reviewed and analysed in this manuscript, including topoisomerase I,Ⅱinhibitors, tubulin inhibitors, tumor angiogenesis inhibitors, biological response modifier and other anti-tumor activity components of plants in the past years. These study results indicated that they have vast foreground on development and application. And provides reference for the further research and utilization of anti-tumor drugs.
