摘　　要：从株展最宽、单果长、叶长、心室数、果肉厚、种子数等农艺性状对2个朝天椒品种进行了比较分析,结果显示所考察的14个性状,除株展最窄与心室数2性状在2品种间没有显著性差异外,其他性状在2品种间的差异都达到极显著水平。通过RAPD引物的筛选及RAPD反应体系的优化,分别找到了12个与2品种特有农艺性状紧密连锁的分子标记,构建了地方朝天椒品种的特有指纹图谱,有利用于从分子水平对2品种进行准确区分,为特有地方辣椒品种的保护提供了参考。This study made a comparative analysis between two kinds of capsicum var, with similar agronomic trait -s,from their plant width,length of fruit and leaves,amounts of ventricular myocytes,pulp thickage,number of seeds etc.It was found that 14 properties researched between the two pepper species have significant difference except pla -nt width and ventricular myocytes of two properties,which have no notable difference,.12 molecular marks were sel -ected which have the specificity banding during two varieties by screening of RAPD primer and optimization of RAPD system. Special fingerprint of local capsicum var was constructed,which provided information for the local pepper species pretection.
