小波包理论在康明斯汽车发动机故障诊断中的应用

摘　　要：本文概要地叙述了小波变换、小波包理论；利用小波包对KTA50型汽车发动机的振动信号进行分析，证实了小波理论能够对康明斯汽车的发动机信号进行有效的分析和处理，利用小波理论分析汽车发动机的振动信号能够对汽车发动机准确实施故障诊断，为小被包理论在汽车发动机故障诊断领域中的应用提供了例证。In this paper, the theory of wavelet transform and wavelet packet are summarized. By analyzing the vibratiojn signal of KTA50 engine with wavelet packet, the authors confirm that the wavelet theory can be applied successfully in ananlyzing the vibration signal of truck engine. The theory in application can diagnose exactly the book engine fault. Herewith is provided an example of using wavelet packet in the truck engine fault diagnosis.
