摘　　要：目的研究泰安地区汉族人群类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)与蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶非受体型22(prorein tyrosine phosphatase nonreceptor 22,PTPN22)基因R620W/1858C>T多态性的相关性。方法采用PCR-RFLP技术检测128例RA患者和142例正常人PTPN22基因1858位点的基因型。结果PTPN22基因1858位点在泰安地区汉族人群仅存在C等位基因,未检测到T等位基因。结论PTPN22基因R620W多态性与泰安地区汉族人群RA的易感性无关。Objective： To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of PTPN22 R620W/1858C 〉 T and rhermatoid arthritis in Han nationality in Taian area. Methods： The polymorphism was analysed by polymerase chain reaction based restriction fragment length polymorphism（ PCR- RFLP） method in 128 rheumatoid arthritis patients and 142 normal control subjects. Results： Only 1858 C allele was presented in all the patients and controls, and no T allele was detected. Conclusion： There＇s no association between PTPN22 R620W and rhermatoid arthritis in Han nationality in Taian area. This suggests that the polymorphism of PTPN22 gene is associated with RA only in a specific ethnic group.
