摘  要:影响大豆异黄酮含量的因素主要有遗传因素(基因)和环境因素。异黄酮是受主—微效基因共同控制的;因此,环境条件对其有很大的影响。不同品种其异黄酮含量与纬度、海拔呈高度的正相关,与经度呈负相关;较高纬度,较低的气温,较长的日照时数利于大豆异黄酮的积累;不同品种异黄酮含量的稳定性在各年份的变异是很大的;同一品种早播和晚播其黄酮含量差异较大;营养元素方面:微量元素的复合使用对异黄酮含量有增加趋势,且品种间有差异;而单独使用效果甚微,异黄酮总含量随氮肥施用量的增加而降低,硫含量较低时利于异黄酮的形成;异黄酮含量随储藏时间的增加而有下降的趋势;异黄酮含量与百粒重、粗蛋白无相关,而与粗脂肪含量呈负相关;野生大豆异黄酮含量高于栽培大豆,可种间杂交创新品系。Factors that affect the content of soy isoflavones are mainly genetic factors (genes) and environmental factors. Isoflavone is subject to the primary- minor genes under common control; so, environmental conditions have high impact. Isoflavone content of different varieties of its latitude, altitude was a high degree of positive correlation, negative correlation with longitude; higher latitudes, lower temperatures, longer hours of sunshine the accumulation of beneficial soy isoflavones; isoflavone content of different varieties stability in each year is a great variation; the same species, the flavonoid content of early and late sowing quite different; nutrient elements: the trace of the compound use of isoflavone content in an increasing trend, and there are differences among varieties; while little effect alone, the total content of isoflavones with an increase in the amount of nitrogen fertilizer the lower the sulfur content of low conducive to the formation of isoflavones; isoflavone content increased with storage time, there was a downward trend; isoflavone content and 100 heavy, crude protein, no correlation with crude fat content was negatively correlated; wild soybean isoflavone content is higher than cultivated soybean, can be interspeeific hybridization innovative lines.
