摘　　要：人们对Ca2+在信号转导和细胞活动功能中的认识很大程度上来自于Ca2+荧光指示剂的发展。此文论述了多种化学合成Ca2+荧光染料在细胞Ca2+信号研究中的应用,从Ca2+荧光染料的发展、优缺点、选用标准、负载方法等方面进行了综述。Understanding of the underlying mechanisms of Ca2＋ signaling as well as appreciation for its ubiquitous role in cellular processes, in a large extent, due to the development of fluorescent Ca2＋ indicators. In this review, we discuss some chemical Ca2＋ dyes, which are widely used for the investigation of intracellular Ca2＋ signaling. This review focuses especially on the development, advantages, limitations, selection criteria and loading methods of chemical Ca2＋ indicators.
