HPLC法测定中药退黄外洗液中栀子苷、柚皮苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法同时测定中药退黄外洗液中栀子苷、柚皮苷含量。方法:色谱柱:Agilent SB-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:以乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长,238 nm和283 nm。结果:栀子苷在107～1 075 ng范围内线性关系良好r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=0.30%(n=6);柚皮苷在119～1 190 ng范围内线性关系良好r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=0.24%(n=6)。结论:操作简便,准确可靠,可作为中药退黄外洗液的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of geniposide and naringin in zhongyao tuihuangwai Lo- tions. Method： A Agilent SB-CIs Column （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μLm） was used,the mobile phase was Acetonitrile-water with gradient elution, the detection wavelength were 238 nm and 283 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml-min-l. Result： The linear ranges of geniposide and naringin were 107-1 075 ng,r = 0. 999 9 and 119-1 190 ng, r = 0. 999 9, the average recoveries （n = 6 ） were 99.3% （RSD = 0.30% ） and 99.2% （RSD 0.24% ） ,respectively. Conclusion： This method is simple,and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Zhongyaotuihuangwai Lotions.
