摘　　要：依据换填垫层与其周边软土处于极限平衡状态的基本假定,导出换填垫层承载力设计值与软土强度的关系,并从双层地基应力分布特点角度出发,全面论述换填垫层设计的新思维与新方法。Based on the assumption that there is the limiting equilibrium between the replaced cushion and its surrounding soft soil,relationship between bearing capacity of it and strength of soft soil is deduced,then the new thought and method of replaced cushion is elaborated comprehensively according to the characteristics of stress distribution of doubled-layer.
