摘 要:目的:探讨糖痹康对链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)诱导的糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic penipheral neuropathy,DPN)大鼠坐骨神经传导速度的影响。方法:腹腔注射STZ55mg/kg建立糖尿病大鼠模型,分为正常组、模型组、弥可保组、糖痹康小剂量组、糖痹康中剂量组、糖痹康大剂量组。12周后处死大鼠,常规坐骨神经HE染色,测定右侧体表和体内坐骨神经运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)。实验数据用SPSS16.0进行统计学处理。结果:坐骨神经组织病理学检查显示,糖痹康组坐骨神经病理学改变较模型组轻。与模型组比较,糖痹康组中、高剂量组坐骨神经MNCV、SNCV显著加快(P<0.01),糖痹康组中、高剂量组运动和感觉坐骨神经1.5倍阈刺激诱发的动作电位幅度明显加大(P<0.01)。结论:糖痹康能改善STZ诱导的DPN坐骨神经传导速度减慢及其动作电位的减小,且其对神经传导速度的改善程度存在剂量依赖关系,对DPN有一定的保护作用。Objective: To investigate the influences of Tang Bi Kang on the Explore Tang Bi Kang sciatic nerve conduction velocity in STZ-induced diabetic peripheral neuropathy rat.Methods: Diabetes was induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ,55mg/kg,The diabetic models were affirmed upon blood glucose ≥16.7mmol/L.And the diabetic rats were randomly divided into five groups: model group,methycobal treatment group,Tang Bi Kang different dose treatment grous.All the rats were sacrificed at week 12;HE staining of the right sciatic nerve were observed.The surface and in vivo sciatic nerve motor nerve conduction velocity ( MNCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity ( SNCV) were measured.All statistical calculations were made using the SPSS16.0 statistical package.Results: After the treatment by Tang Bi Kang,the eighth week body weight,The sciatic nerve MNCV and SNCV increased greatly.Conclusions: Tang Bi Kang may increase the nerve conduction velocity of diabetic penipheral neuropathy to slow down the course of the diabetic penipheral neuropathy.
