摘  要:目的:评价中药冬梅饮对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠肾组织基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的影响,探讨其防治早期DN的作用机制。方法:用链尿佐菌素建立早期DN模型,观察冬梅饮对早期DN大鼠血糖、尿β2-MG、肾组织MMP-9的影响。结果:冬梅饮治疗组可升高模型大鼠肾组织MMP-9含量增加(P<0.05);降低24h尿β2-MG排泄率(P<0.05)。结论:冬梅饮对肾脏具有保护作用,可延缓DN的发展。Object: To evaluate the effects of DongMeiYin(DMY) on Matrix Metallo Proteinase-9 (MMP-9)in the diabetic rats,and to investigate the mechanism of DMY in preventing and treating early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods: The rat early DN models were induced by injection streptozotocin (STZ).The model rats were randomly divided into the model group,DMY group,Valsartan group.The course of treatment continued 8 weeks.Observing the changes of MMP-9 in the renal cortex.Results: Compared with the normal group,the level of MMP-9 decreased in the model group,the two treated groups could increased the level of MMP-9.especially the DMY group had the best effect.Conclusion: The protective effect of DMY on renal structure may be achieved by modulating the level of MMP-9.
