护理人员对儿科危重病人病情知晓情况的调查

摘　　要：目的调查护理人员对儿科危重病人病情知晓情况,以分析儿科危重病人护理中存在的问题。方法依照新的危重病人护理质量检查标准,每月在各病区随机检查儿科危重病人1例,统计护理人员对危重病人病情的知晓情况。结果护理人员对病人的一般资料、医疗诊断、既往史、过敏史、主要用药目的及副反应掌握率在90.00%以上,而对病人阳性体征及阳性检查、心理及专科护理要点、常见并发症及预防、针对性康复计划掌握较差。结论儿科护理人员对危重病人病情知晓的情况不够全面,有待进一步加强。Objective To investigate nurses＇awareness of situations of severe patients and analyze, the problems of clinical nursing of severe patients in pediatrics wards. Method According to the new inspection standards of nursing quality of severe patients, nurses were investigated about the awareness of situations and nursing key points of one severe patient monthly. Results More than 90.00% of nurses knew situations of patients,common information,diagnosis and treat- ment, whereas they lacked information about patients＇abnormal signs and symptoms, special nursing key points, potential complications, and specific rehabilitation plan. Conclusion Nurses in Pediatrics have not enough active awareness in caring for severe patients.
