摘　　要：目的探讨三级监控模式对减少PICC置管并发症、提高置管病人护理质量的效果。方法建立三级监控组织、严格培训;审核操作者资质准入制度,明确工作职责与权限;规范置管技术操作方法、流程;制定中心静脉导管护理质量标准和安全评价指标。结果一次置管穿刺成功率提高、病人带管并发症发生率降低、带管时间延长,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论三级监控模式有利于技术水平和导管维护质量的提高。Objective To explore the effects of a three - level monitoring model on reducing complications of patients with PICC and improving the quality of nursing patients with PICC. Methods A three - level monitoring organization was established. The members received strict training,and took a series of measures,including censoring the competency of operators, clearly defining duties and rights, standardizing operation procedures and methods, developing standards of nursing quality and indexes of safety evaluation. Results After implementing the monitoring system, the snecess rate of first time inserting increased, the incidence of complications decreased, and the duration of PICC were prolonged （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion hnplementation of the three - level monitoring model is beneficial to improve nursing technique and the quality of catheter maintenance.
