摘 要:目的提高孕产妇及新生儿健康水平,探讨新的孕产妇管理模式。方法选择在我院产科门诊登记检查至分娩的孕产妇200例,观察组和对照组各100例。对照组参加孕产妇学校设定的课程培训,观察组在此基础上实行会员制管理,建立孕产妇健康档案,设制个性化服务手册,确定母婴顾问,给予一对一个性化跟踪服务。结果观察组的孕产妇在自然分娩率、母乳喂养率和健康知识水平等方面均优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论采用会员制管理模式可以提高孕产妇的健康知识水平。Objective To explore the new management mode of maternal women, aimed to improve the health level of maternal women and newborns. Methods Totally 200 maternal women, who registered to take pregnant examination in our obstetric clinic and planed to give birth in our hospital, were selected and divided into observation group and control group. Maternal women in control group took the training course of maternal women school, while the women in observation group took the same course and were membeship managed as well,including individual health record, service handbook and consultant, and one for one follow - up service. Results There were significant differences on the spontaneous delivery rate, breast feeding rate and levels of health information between two groups ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion membership management mode can improve the health information level of maternal women.
