护士长夜查房及节假日督查反馈追踪记录本的设计与应用

摘　　要：目的完善护士长夜查房及护理部节假日督查反馈追踪机制,降低护理质量问题重复发生率,提高护理管理质量。方法用自行设计的护士长夜查房及节假日督查反馈追踪记录本,对夜查房与督查中查出的质量问题进行反馈追踪管理。使用该记录本3个月后,进行护理质量检查评价,并统计全院各护理单元夜查房与督查中质量问题发生数、重复发生数,并与使用前的相应指标作对照分析。结果使用后护理质量问题发生数及重复发生数明显降低,护理质量控制综合得分高于使用前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护士长夜查房及节假日督查反馈追踪记录本的使用,有利于查房/督查信息及时、准确传递与交流,提高了管理效率,能有效减少护理质量问题的发生,促进护理质量持续改进与提高。Objective To perfect the feedback and track mechanism of nursing rounds at nights by head nurses and inspection in holidays by nursing departments, and reduce the duplication rate of nursing problems, and improve the quality of nursing. Methods A self - designed nursing night rounds and holidays inspections recording book was used as a tool of continuously tracking and managing the problems found during inspection and nursing rounds. The incidence rate and the duplication rate of quality problems were collected 3 months after using the recording book. Results The incidence rate and the duplication rate of quality problems significantly reduced and the comprehensive score of nursing quality significantly increased than before （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The use of nursing night rounds and holidays inspection feedback and track recording book can transmit and communicate feedback information timely and accurately, improve the efficiency of management, effectively reduce nursing problems, and enhance the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
