用铜陵硫酸渣生产铁精矿的研究

摘　　要：通过回转窑磁化焙烧、球磨、磁选工艺可从含铁５０％左右的铜陵硫酸渣中生产出ＴＦｅ＞６２％，低Ｐ低Ｓ的铁精矿，金属回收率大于８０％，精矿产率大于６０％。A technology which is for the production of iron concentrate from pyrite cinder containing about 50% Fe in Tonglin was described in this paper. The technology includes magnetising roast in rotary kiln,ball grinding and magnetic separation . An iron concentrate with more than 62% Fe and low P and S can be obtained by above mentioned technology. Recovery of iron is more than 85% and yeild of iron concentrate is more than 60%.
