摘　　要：外伤后急性弥漫性脑肿胀属特重型颅脑损伤，是外伤后脑组织严重损伤的表现，病死率高，预后差。其发病机制及手术治疗的价值目前尚有争议，本文就近年来对此病的研究及治疗进展作一综述。Post-traumatic acute diffuse brain swelling is a kind of severe head injuries with high mortality rate and poor prognosis. There is still controversy on its pathogenesis and the value of surgical treatment. This article summarizes the progress on the research, diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
