α-疱疹病毒与宿主细胞骨架相互作用的研究进展

摘　　要：α-疱疹病毒复制包括吸附宿主细胞膜、膜融合、穿入与脱衣壳、DNA复制与核衣壳装配、囊膜形成与病毒粒子的成熟释放等过程。为了创造一个有利于自身复制和扩散的细胞环境,α-疱疹病毒进化了多种与宿主细胞相互作用的机制。宿主细胞骨架主要包括微管、微丝和中间纤维,在-疱疹病毒复制过程中发挥重要的作用。α-疱疹病毒是如何利用宿主细胞骨架完成其高效率的复制,而宿主细胞骨架又是在病毒的生活周期中起到何种作用,本文就近年来-疱疹病毒与宿主细胞骨架相互作用做一简单综述,有望为抗病毒治疗提供新的研究思路。Replication of α-herpesvirus in host cells undergoes several steps including adsorption of the host cell membrane,membrane fusion,penetration and egress,DNA replication and capsid assembly,envelope formation and release of mature virus particles.It has evolved numerous mechanisms to regulate host cells for efficient replication and spreading.The cytoskeleton that is composed of protein fibers-microtubules,microfilaments and intermediate filaments plays an important role in the replication of α-herpesvirus.It is interesting to know how α-herpesvirus utilizes the cytoskeleton to facilitate their replication,and what role the cytoskeleton plays during the virus life cycle.In this review,we described briefly an overview of the interaction between -herpesvirus and cytoskeleton,is would be useful in development of new antiviral strategies.
