血清胰岛素样因子1和一氧化氮对原发性高血压患者发生左室肥厚的影响

摘  要:目的探讨血清胰岛素样因子1(IGF-1)和一氧化氮(NO)对原发性高血压(EH)患者发生左室肥厚(LHV)的影响。法对大连大学附属医院2008年的35例患者(EH组)和25例正常人(正常对照组)用特异性放射免疫法测定IGF-1浓度,用硝酸盐还原法测定NO浓度。结果EH组IGF-1浓度明显高于25例对照组(14.11±2.46nmol/l Vs10.77±3.27nmol/l,p<0.05),EH组NO浓度明显低于对照组(70.15±15.08umol/l Vs79.35±17.10umol/l,p<0.05);EH并发LVH患者IGF-1浓度明显高于无LVH患者(15.05±3.73nmol/l Vs10.97±4.01nmol/l,p<0.01),而NO浓度低于无LVH患者(55.80±15.35umol/l Vs69.38±17.87umol/l,p<0.05)。结论EH患者IGF-1浓度明显升高,而NO浓度降低,尤其是并发LVH者。IGF-1和NO两者失衡可能参与EH及并发LVH的发生。Objective To investigate the changes of serum Insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and nitric oxide(NO) levels in patient with essential hypertension(EH).Methods From 2004 35 patients with essential hypertensions and 25 normotensive in Affiliated hospital of Dalian University,Serum IGF-1 levels were measured by radioimmunoassay method respectively and NO levels were measured by nitrate reductase method respectively.Results Base line IGF-1 serum level were higher in EH than in normal controls(14.11±2.46nmol/l Vs 10.77±3.27nmol/l,p〈 0.05),whereas NO serum level lower(70.15±15.08umol/l Vs 79.35±17.10umol/l,p 〈0.05).The IGF-1 serum level highter in EH with LVH than in those without LVH(15.05±3.73nmol/l Vs 10.97±4.01nmol/l,p 〈0.01),while NO serum level were lower in EH with LVH than in those without LVH(55.80±15.35umol/l Vs 69.38±17.87umol/l,p 〈0.05).Conclusion These data indicate that serum IGF-1levels are increased in essential hypertension,with serum NO levels decreased,especially in EH with LVH.
