人工髋关节置换术前后CRP与ESR水平变化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨人工髋关节置换术前后CRP与ESR变化规律,为治疗提供依据。方法选取2008年11月～2009年12月于我院进行人工髋关节置换术前后的98例患者为研究对象,分别于术前、术后第1、7天及1个月时对患者的CRP与ESR水平进行检测分析,并加以比较。结果经研究比较发现,术后第1天及术后第7天ESR均显著高于术前,p<0.01,有非常显著性差异,术后1个月与术前比较,p<0.05,有显著性差异。术前CRP与术后第1天及术后第7天比较,p均<0.05,均有显著性差异,而与术后1个月时比较,p>0.05,无显著性差异。其中发生感染的5例患者的CRP水平明显高于未发生感染者,p<0.05,有显著性差异。结论在人工髋关节置换术中进行CRP与ESR检测对于了解病情变化及预防感染等具有重要的作用。Objective To study the variation of CRP and ESR in the patients before and after the artificial hip replacement in order to provide evidence for the treatment.Methods 98 cases patients in our hospiatal from November 2008 to December 2009 who were treated with artificial hip replacement were selected as research object.Then the level of CRP and ESR before and after the artificial hip replacement on the first,seventh day and first month were tested and analyzed,then the results were compared.Results After the comparison,we found that the level of ESR on the first,seventh day were significantly higher than that before the operation,p 〈0.01,there was very significant difference,evel of ESR on first month were higher than that before the operation,p 〈0.05,there was significant difference.And the level of CRP on the first,seventh day were no difference to that before the operation,p 〉0.05,there was significant difference,level of ESR on first month were higher than that before the operation,p 〈0.05,there was no significant difference.The level of CRP of 5 cases patients with infection were higher than those who was without infection,〈p 0.05,there was significant difference.Conclusion The test of CRP and ESR in the patients who were treated with the artificial hip replacement has effect to the investigate change of illness and prevention of infection.
