摘　　要：武汉新港是武汉港未来发展的重要组成部分。将SWOT分析方法应用于武汉新港港口内外部环境分析,通过构造内外部因素评价矩阵,将武汉新港内部存在的优势与劣势以及外部面临的机会与威胁予以定量化,从而得出应该采取增长型发展战略的结论。Wuhan New Port is an important part of the Wuhan Port for its development in the future.This paper applies the SWOT method to analyse the inner and external environment of Wuhan New Port. Through making up the evaluation matrix of inner and external factors,it quantifies the inner advantages and disadvantages as well as the external opportunities and threats of Wuhan New Port. Thus,it gets the conclusion that Wuhan New Port should adopt the growing development strategy.
