摘　　要：目的探讨超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值及临床意义。方法对44例临床考虑异位妊娠患者,行超声检查,将超声检查结果与手术和病理诊断进行对照分析。结果44例患者中与手术及病理结果相符合的42例,诊断符合率95.2%。结论超声检查诊断异位妊娠准确性高,并为临床选择治疗方案提供了可靠的依据。Objective To explore the ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and its clinical significance. Methods We used ultrasound examination for clinical diagnosis of 44 cases of ectopic pregnancy,and analyzed and compared the ultrasound findings with surgical and pathological diagnosis. Results The ultrasound findings of 42 in 44 cases were consistent with surgical and pathological results and the accuracy rate was 95.2%. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy shows higher accuracy,which provides a reliable basis for selecting clinical treatment.
