摘　　要：在论述认真学习贯彻《中共中央国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》以及国务院关于《医药卫生体制改革近期重点实施方案(2009—2011年)》,把握深化医药卫生体制改革给医院发展和运营带来的机遇和挑战,积极推进公立医院改革的必要性的基础上,论述了医院管理者应该把握深化医院改革中的几个关键问题。指出要树立信心,创新求实,积极稳妥推进公立医院改革试点。This article discussed to earnestly study and implement the ＂CPC Central Committee and State Council on Deepening the Views of Medical and Health System Reform＂ and the State Council on ＂the Recent Focus on Medical and Health System Reform Implementation Plan （2009-2011）＂, and grasp the opportunities and challenges to deepening the hospital medical and health system development and operation. Based on the active promotion of public hospital reform, hospital managers should take a few key issues in deepening the reform of the hospital. It was pointed out to establish confidence, to be innovative and realistic, and actively and steadily promote the reform of public hospitals
