摘　　要：抽样检验广泛应用于产品（商品）生产、购销、贸易以及科研活动之中。如何抽样才科学合理，人们却普遍认识不足，对于抽样的风险概念更是缺乏了解。本文以理论联系实际，指出了抽样风险的客观存在，印证了采用百分比抽样的弊端，简要介绍了科学抽样与降低抽样风险的基本途径。A wide use of random sampling examination has been made in product(merchandise)production,purchase & saling,trade and scientific research activities.Generally,it is lack to recognize how to conduct a scientific/reasonable sampling,including the concept of risk of sampling.Combining theory with practice,the author points out the existence of sampling risk,proves the shortcomings of precentage random sampling,and makes an introduction to the main methods of scientific sampling and reducing its risk.
