摘　　要：结合作者近期的研究工作，从精卵识别、顶体反应、皮层反应、雌雄原核的形成和结合等方面综述了近年来十足类甲壳动物受精细胞学方面的研究成果，并展望了这一领域的研究与应用前景。By combining with the author’s own research work, the progresses of study on sperm egg identification, acrosomal reaction, cortical reaction, and formation of male and female pronucleus in decapod crustacean are reviewed in the paper. The author also presents some prospects in the study and applications of this field.
